Booking & Logistics
How far in advance should I book my scaffolding?
For large commercial or industrial projects, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance. For smaller residential jobs or emergency work, we can often accommodate requests within 24-48 hours.
Do you provide free site inspections?
Yes, we provide a complimentary site inspection to assess your specific requirements and ensure we offer an accurate, transparent quote.

Safety & Compliance
Are your scaffolders licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Our team consists of highly trained professionals with relevant scaffolding licenses, white cards, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
How often is the scaffolding inspected?
We provide a full safety inspection upon erection and issue a handover certificate. We can also schedule periodic inspections for the duration of the hire to ensure ongoing compliance.

Who handles the erection and dismantling?
We handle the complete process. Our team will deliver, safely erect the scaffolding, and dismantle and remove it from the site once your project is complete.
